What are the terms of payment for goods in dgshop?

In dgshop, payment is done in 2 ways:
1- Online payment through the site
2- Coordinating in advance with the company office and paying in person inside the company

Are all the products on the site sealed and factory packed?

yes, 100%

All the products are factory packaged, dgshop does not offer second-hand products.
Some of the products that have the box open written under it, the box of those products has been opened at the customs for checking or it has been used to take an unboxing video, the product has not been used and is completely new.
The price of these goods is much lower.

What are the conditions for sending goods on holidays?

Yes, if possible, no problem.

Just coordinate before buying, some products cannot be sent on a holiday.

Can a product be returned after purchase?

Because our products are electrical and can be damaged, it is not possible to return the product.

Are the goods available in Dubai and dgshop warehouse?

We have all the products available on the site in Dubai and dgshop warehouse and we are not like the sites that buy from Amazon or other places.
Delivery of all goods is up to date.
Sometimes we take orders for special products and import them, but they are not available on the site for you to buy.

What time do you send the goods after placing the order?

We ship every day from 11:00, but some products may be sent a little later, but if you are in Dubai, we will deliver the product to you by 22:00.

Shipping to other cities:

Every day the shipments of the city are sent through Aramex, the time of registration in the Aramex system is different, you will be informed through SMS from Aramex.
We only send to Aramex once a day.
If you finalize your order before 11 am, it will be shipped the same day.
If the order is placed on a holiday, it will be shipped on the first working day after the order is placed.

When is the status of orders completed?

Dubai orders:

The status of your order will be completed when the order has been received by you.
To ensure that the order has been received by the buyer, the support unit will contact you or check with you via SMS.

Orders from other cities:
The status of your order will be completed when the Aramex SMS containing the tracking code is sent to you and us.
